Understanding the Rule of Offsides:
  • K-1st: Not penalized. Warnings can be given, but as reminder of the rule only
  • 2nd-3rd: Only called when the infraction is blatant, repetitious, and considered an unfair advantage
  • 4th-5th: Called as normal
